How to order

E-commerce products are ordered online at via shopping cart. We sell products to individuals of legal age and to companies mainly within the EU. Orders are confirmed by indicating the price of the product, shipping costs and the product ordered. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the contact information requested in connection with the order is not used for purposes other than the delivery of the order or for clarification of any confusion therein.

When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and be bound by the applicable terms and conditions. An order placed in Ganalix Oy will not be binding until the order has been confirmed or the product has been delivered.

Delivery time

Usually it takes about 4-14 days, depending on the shipping method you choose, to receive your order. The products will be delivered to the address you want or, at your option, in some cases to the nearest post office. If you wish, you can check the delivery time at our customer service. In other cases, we will inform you of the different delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damage caused by delays. Products will not be shipped with cash on delivery.

Shipping method

Shipping costs include postage and packing. Orders are delivered through various shipping companies from which the customer can choose. The cheapest option is shown at the top of the checkout. Orders are delivered directly to the address or post office (small and light parcels) depending on what the customer desires.

Right of cancellation and return policy

The customer has the right under the consumer protection act to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the order. For digital content and services, the customer may have separately requested prior waiver of the waiver so that the service or digital content may be delivered before the cancellation expires. The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to underwear, opened hygiene or cosmetic products or erotic products.

If the returned product shows clear signs of misuse, unreasonable defects or otherwise arrives in poor condition:

* If the product is returned unpackaged, damaged or has shipping marks which render the packaging unusable, the value of the product will be reduced by 50%.

* If the product is returned without all parts or accessories, or if the defect description is incorrect, the product will not be refunded.

The customer must state the name, address, order date and product name on the cancellation notice. The notice should be sent to The product must be returned by post within 14 days in its original condition and in its original packaging. Except in the case of a warranty repair or warranty replacement, the customer is responsible for the return costs. If the returned product is used, we reserve the right to charge for the impairment (except for warranty repair or replacement).

If you would like to return or exchange the product, please contact us directly. When you return an order, please send us your contact information and account number for a refund. We will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation if the product has been returned or has been proved to have been delivered by mail to the return address.

Unclaimed package

Failure to redeem is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For a non-redeemed package that is not subject to a separate cancellation notice, we will charge a fee of 20 euros.
